Healthy and Happy over 60 ‘Loving life out in Nature’

About This Site

This website is dedicated to women in their “third act” of life — a stage that can be rich, expansive, and full of possibility.

Rather than focusing on slowing down or scaling back, this space is about building energy, confidence, and daily wellbeing through simple, sustainable habits.

I created this space after seeing how many women in midlife feel disconnected from their energy, routines, and sense of direction — despite being in a stage of life that still holds so much potential.

My interest in this work comes from exploring how small, consistent lifestyle changes — not extreme routines — can significantly improve how we feel day to day. I wanted to create a structured, accessible approach that feels realistic rather than overwhelming.

What This Site Focuses On

I am currently developing a course that brings these ideas together into a simple framework focused on hydration, breathing, meditation, nutrition, movement, purposeful learning, and supportive evening routines.

The content here explores seven key areas that support a more vibrant and balanced life:

  • Hydration and its impact on energy and wellbeing
  • Deep breathing techniques for calm and clarity
  • Meditation for mental balance and focus
  • Nutrition that supports steady energy throughout the day
  • Gentle movement for strength and vitality
  • Purpose and goals through learning new skills such as crafts, languages, or instruments
  • Evening routines designed to improve sleep quality and recovery

Each topic is designed to be practical, accessible, and realistic to integrate into everyday life.

Why This Exists

Many women in midlife and beyond find themselves adjusting to new routines, responsibilities, and identities.

This site was created to offer a grounded, supportive approach to wellbeing — not overwhelming lifestyle changes, but small, meaningful habits that build over time.

The focus is on progress, not perfection.

Who it’s for

This space is for women who want to feel more energised, more grounded, and more confident in their daily lives — without needing drastic lifestyle changes.
